Hi there, I’m Tammy.

I’m an artist and part-time freelance graphic designer based in Sitka, Alaska, where I live with my husband and our dog.

I am inspired everyday by the beauty of Sitka, which is located in Southeast Alaska in the midst of the temperate Tongass Rainforest. Sitka is the tribal homeland of the Tlingit people. I am honored to reside on Tlingit Aani (land). 

From 2018 through 2021, I worked for the local newspaper, the Daily Sitka Sentinel, where I did page layout and graphic design jobs. Shaped through this experience, as a freelance graphic designer, I am most versed in designing printed products such as business cards, posters, brochures and digital/social media products.

This site is where I plan to showcase my portfolio. A majority of the work shown was created during my time at the newspaper and from personal projects throughout the years. You can explore my work to see the range of styles and techniques I use.
