ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Tammy.

I'm an artist and part-time freelance graphic designer based in Sitka, Alaska, where I live with my husband and two dogs. I am inspired everyday by the beauty of Sitka, which is located in Southeast Alaska in the midst of the temperate Tongass Rainforest. Sitka is the tribal homeland of the Tlingit people. I am honored to reside on Tlingit Aani (land). 

Before going full-time as an artist, I worked for more than three years at the local newspaper, the Daily Sitka Sentinel, where I did page layout and graphic design jobs.

As a freelance graphic designer, I am most versed in designing printed products such as business cards, posters, brochures and digital/social media product.
